Depending on the project our service includes assistance in project planning, consultance in property juridical matters, co-operation with building technical designers, as well as selling or / and leasing. If needed, we can offer management service of the whole project in co-operation with the client's representative. Comission agreement can also include only sales and / or leasingservice (certified broker).
